Bihar Board 9th Registration for Matric Exam 2024: The examination controller of Bihar School Examination Board has released the official notification for class 9th students’ registration schedule & details. Students who appear in the Annual Secondary School Examination 2024 will fill registration/permission application form in class 9th (session 2022-24) from 2nd November 2022.

Bihar School Examination Board will accept online registration/permission application forms from class 9th students for the Annual Secondary School Examination 2024. The official notification has been released for the Registration / Permission application form filling in the 1st week of November 2022 on the official website.
BSEB affiliated +2 Schools / other recognized schools Regular & Private students studying in class 9th (session 2022-24) will fill online registration/permission application form & fees with the help of their School’s Principal on secondary.biharboardonline.com.
The Principal will first verify all details filled in the offline registration/permission application form and then fill the online registration application form using the USER ID and PASSWORD provided earlier.

BSEB 9th Class Registration Form 2022-24
Students from recognized Institutions / BSEB affiliated +2 Schools regular and private students studying in class 9th and going to appear in the Annual Secondary School Examination 2024 will fill online registration/permission application form.
Class 9th students will first fill out the offline registration application form and then School’s Principal will fill Online registration/permission application form using USER ID and PASSWORD.
बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति ने मैट्रिक परीक्षा, 2024 के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन की तिथि बढ़ा दी है। मैट्रिक परीक्षा 2024 (सत्र 2023-24) के स्टूडेंट्स जो अभी नौवीं कक्षा में पढाई कर रहे है वो अब 16 जनवरी तक रजिस्ट्रेशन करवा सकते है।
नियमित कोटि के स्टूडेंट्स को 320 रुपये व विलंब शुल्क 100 रुपये देना होगा। व स्वत्रंत कोटि के स्टूडेंट्स को रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क 450 रुपये के साथ 100 रुपये विलंब शुल्क देने होंगे
Eligibility of Candidates for BSEB Class 9th Registration
- The minimum age of candidates must be 14 years as on 1st March 2024.
- Those students whose birthday is after 1st March 2010 will not be allowed to register.
BSEB Matric Exam 2024 Registration Form
Bihar School Examination Board class 10th Annual examination 2024 registration process will start in class 9th. Students have to take an online downloaded registration/permission application form from their School and fill in all details correctly.
The Annual Secondary Exam 2024 (2023-24) registered students can appear in the three Annual Secondary Examinations 2024, 2025, and 2026.
The registration will be valid till the 2026 Annual Secondary examination (3 Matric exams) but students have to take permission every year from BSEB.

Bihar Board Class 9th Registration Form Filling 2022-24
- The recognized School’s Principal will first download the registration/permission application form from the website – http://secondary.biharboardonline.com and issue it to the class 9th students.
- Class 9th studying students will fill out the offline Registration / Permission application form and submit it to the School’s Principal.
- School’s Principal will verify the details filled in the offline registration/permission application form.
- The school’s principal or authorized person will fill online registration/permission application form & fees on the official website using USER ID and PASSWORD.
- Download three copies of the Registration/permission application form filled and issue two to the students for verification.
- If there is any error in the online filled registration/permission application form, apply for correction to the web portal.
- Registration / Permission application forms will not be accepted after the scheduled date.

- Principal has to visit the official website of BSEB –
- On the Homepage of the website click on the link “Registration / Permission Form for Annual Secondary Exam 2024“.
- One new page will open, and the principal has to Select the District Name, Select the School Name, and use the USER ID, PASSWORD & Security Code to login to the School’s Dashboard.
Online Registration Form Filling
Before filling online registration/permission application form, verify all details filled in the offline registration/permission application form by the Students
- On the School’s Dashboard, Principal has to fill each students registration / permission application form.
- Each class 9th students registration / permission application form will be filled correctly.
- Enter Personal, Academic & Correspondence details.
- Upload Scan Photograph & Signature in the online registration application form.
Verification of Online Registration / Permission Form
- Verify the Registration / Permission form filled in details like Students Personal data, Photo (Size & Format) Signature (Size & Format).
- Now click on the Check Box of Declaration Statement.
- If any error in the Form, click on the link Edit otherwise click on the link “Final Submit“.
Payment
- Make a payment for Registration / Permission application form.
- In Offline Payment Method download Challan and deposit amount in Bank.
- In Online Payment Method – make a payment for registration / permission form using Debit Card / credit Card / Net Banking
Payment Verification
Verify the registration / permission payment by checking Payment Status in School’s Dashboard or check bank account passbook.
Student List / Filled Form of student
- Download the Registered students list and payment confirmation of each student.
- Take a printout of the confirmation page, acknowledgement page and filled registration / permission application form of each student.
