Bihar Government has announce that they will recruit the Guest teachers for the Bihar state Utkarmit (+2) Schools. Government will recruit six subjects guest faculty i.e., English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany.

Eligibility for Guest Teachers
Government will decide the guest teachers eligibility. Eligibility and its details will be published in the government official notification. B.Tech & M.Tech passed students can also apply for the guest teacher in High-Plus Two (+2) for Mathematics & Science guest teachers, they don’t have to have TET degree.
Students applying for English guest teachers, they don’t have to have TET degree if students have passed the STET then stet passed candidates will be given more preferences.
Bihar Guest Teachers age may be from 21 years to 65 years (as on January 1, 2018).

Selection Process for Guest Teachers
Guest teachers will be recruited on the basis of selection process that will be decided by the government. State Council of Education Research & Training (SCERT) of Bihar will accept the online application for guest teachers and prepare the merit list for selection of candidates.
School Principal only will recruit the assistant teachers & lecturer posts guest teachers.

- Listing of Vacancies School wise
- Subject wise Roster preparation
- DEO will approve the Roster
- DEO will prepare the Selected Candidates List
- Selected List of candidates school wise will be sent to the principal.
- Than School Principal will allow the Guest Teachers to start their services.
How to Apply Online for the Guest Teachers Posts
- Log on to the official website of Education Department of Bihar.
- The official website of Education Department of Bihar is http://scertbihar.co.in/index.php
- Candidates have to access the above mentioned website through web browser.
- Click on the Link “Online Application For Guest Faculty“.
- Fill the application form in the required fields. Candidates have to Upload the Photo.
- Take the confirmation page for further process.

Government will recruit 4257 guest teachers in the Bihar state Utkramit (+2) schools as in Polytechnic and Engineering colleges. There are 5301 High Schools in the state from which 2400 High Schools upgraded to the Utkramit (+2) Schools.

Payment of Guest Teachers in Utkramit (+2) Schools
Government will pay 30k to 35k per month to the Utkramit (+2) Schools Teachers. Assistant teachers will be paid Rs.1000/- per class and maximum Rs.35000/- in a month. Lecturer per class payment will be Rs.800/- and maximum Rs.30000/- in a month.
Merit List for Guest Faculty Recruitment
Education Department of Bihar will prepare the merit list for the selection of candidates for guest teachers in (+2) schools. Council will prepare the merit list on the priority basis first STET (Paper 2) Post Graduation passed candidates, than STET (paper 2) graduation passed candidates , again than Post Graduation candidates, and Than M.Tech and B.Tech Candidates will be in merit list for Guest Teachers.
Selected Guest Teachers will be given the Invitation Letter to join the Schools within 7 days. They have to work under the Oath Letter dated 25th January 2018.

i am deeply heated by the decision taken through our policy makers. One who complete their higher degree on the basis of money and corrupt institutions, they are serving society as a teacher, i am same on them as well as our policy makers.
There are also many laborious, talented group of people in the Bihar who have not completed b-ed but they serve as a teacher in pvt. schools with many years experience and they get maximum 10 to 12 thousand which is not perfect for their family.
Today a vacancy is organised by policy makers as a Guest teacher but i complete my M.A in sociology. I was very exited to know about vacancy but there is no opportunity in this vacancy for me.
All leaders want to fulfill their selfish motive through this type of effort. Who do not know that how is corruption blemished in all branches of education.

In the process of teaching priority should be given to B.ed with their subject.
Because B.ed is especially for teaching. Besides this candidate must be post graduate. You are not giving priority to B.ed, M.ed at all. This is very wrong.
