BSEB Inter Exam 2021 Passing Criteria: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced that the students of Intermediate Annual Exam 2021 will pass the examination if they fail in Compulsory Subject. The board will add the marks of Additional subjects to passing the students in the Annual Examination 2021. There will be Five compulsory subjects and one additional subject in the annual Intermediate Examination 2021. Latest Update: Bihar Board 12th Examination Passing criteria अगर किसी छात्र ने कुल छः विषयों का चयन किया है, एवं वह यदि प्रथम पाँच विषय में से किसी एक विषय में फेल हो जाता है , तो वह विषय छठे (अतिरिक्त विषय) के अंक से परिवर्तित कर दिया जायेगा। बशर्ते की परिवर्तित करने के उपरांत पांच उतरीं विषयों में एक हिंदी या अंग्रेजी अवश्य हो।
BSEB Inter Exam 2021 Passing Criteria
In the examination year 2021 of Bihar Board Intermediate (Arts, Science & Commerce), the examination controller has introduced the new passing criteria for the students. This is the first time that if any student fails in Compulsory Subject then with the additional subject marks will replaced. The Bihar Board examination management team have introduced this rules to be implemented from the examination year 2021.
Those students have done registration in 2019 and taken admission in High School in class 11th for the academic session 2019-21 will get this opportunities to pass the class 12th annual examination 2021. Arts, Science & Commerce students have to take five compulsory subjects (must include Hindi or English) and one additional subject.
The Bihar Board is also going to introduce project work/ Internal Assessment in class 12th examination 2021. This will increase the students ability to score high marks in the annual examination.

Bihar Board 12th Examination Date 2021
The examination controller of Bihar School Examination Board will declare the examination schedule of Arts, Science and Commerce stream on the official website in December 2020. The Board officials will conduct the annual Intermediate examination 2021 in the month of February-March 2021 on the exam centres.
Students will appear in five compulsory subjects (500 Marks) and / or one Additional Subjects (100 Marks). There will be total 500 marks for five subjects to pass the examination 2021.
Intermediate (Class 12th) Arts, Science & Commerce students will also appear in the Project work/Internal assessment to get the marks.

Important Details of BSEB Inter Annual Examination 2021
- Students of Arts, Science & Commerce can choose the one Additional Subject from their stream Elective Subjects of 100 marks (Not chosen in above elective subjects 1, 2, & 3).
- If students have chosen six subjects and if they fail in any one of the first five subjects then that subject will be replaced with additional subject marks.
- If students pass all six subjects then their passing marks will be calculated on the basis of that School/College examination controller guidelines.
- Intermediate (Arts, Science & Commerce) students must have to study total of five subjects (Language Subject-1, Language subject-2, Elective Subject-1, Elective Subject-2, & Elective Subject-3).
- Syllabus and Pattern of Intermediate (Vocational) students will be the same as the previous year examination.
