Jharkhand Academic Council, Ranchi will announce admission notification for the Indra Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, Hazaribag & Awasiya Vidyalaya , South Chhotanagapur in class 6 in the session 2018-19. JAC will conduct Entrance Competitive Examination for the admission in class 6. The Eligible students have to apply Online / Offline on the official website of Jharkhand Board Website.

Eligibility For the Admission in Class 6 (2018-19)

• Boys/Girls must be the permanent resident of Jharkhand.
• Students minimum age must be 10 years & maximum 12 years as on August 1, 2018.
• Students must have passed the class 5th from any recognized / Government Schools and studying in class 6th.
• Reservation in admission will be on cast based as per the rule of Government of Jharkhand.

Examination Fee for the Entrance Test

Candidates have to make the Demand Draft of ₹200/-  (For General Category ) & ₹100/- (For SC/ST Category) from any Nationalized Bank. Demand Draft will be made in the favor of  “JAC FUND” payable at Ranchi.

How to Apply For the Entrance Competitive Examination for Admission

• Students have to log on to the official website of JAC www.jac.jharkhand.gov.in or www.jac.nic.in.
• Download the Blank application from the website for admission Test 2018.
• Fill the required fields in the application form and send it to District Education Officer Office.

Examination Pattern of Entrance Test 2018

JAC Entrance Competitive Examination for Admission in class 6

JAC will conduct the Entrance Test 2018 for the admission into Awasiya Vidyalaya & Indra Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, Hazaribag.  The written Entrance Examination will be conducted in each District Headquarters of  Jharkhand on August  2018. Examination will be conducted in 2 sitting.

Examination Pattern for Admission in Class 6 (2018-19) 

• OMR sheet will be used for the written entrance test.
• Questions will be Objective & multiple choice based.
• There will be two Papers for the Admission Test.
• Each Paper will be of 100 Marks.
• Each sitting will be of 2:30 Hours.

Admit Card for the Admission Test 2018

District Education Officers will issue the Admit Card of the students for the Entrance Competitive Examination for the admission in class 6 (2018-19). Students can collect their admit card from their schools.
