Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) will conduct the class 8th Board from 2018. JAC Board has prepared the draft for conducting the class 8th Board examination in 2018. Students appearing for JAC class 8th Board will have to do Online Registration in the November 2017 on the official website of JAC Board. Online Exam form filling for the Class 8th Board will start in January 2018.

JAC 2018 Class 8th Board Online Registration

Jharkhand Academic Council will conduct the class 8th Board from 2018. Students appearing in class 8th Board have to register Online on the official website of JAC Board. In the Online registration, students have to fill all the personal & educational details in the registration form. Online Registration for class 8th Board will start in the month of November 2017 Students have to upload their Photographs and signature in the registration form. Students also have to make the payment of Online Registration form online method (Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card).

• Step 1 – Log on to the official website of JAC board.
• Step 2 – Click on the Link “Online Registration for class 8th”
• Step 3 – One new page will open, students have to fill the Online Registration form.
• Step 4 – Students have to enter personal & academic details in the registration form.
• Step 5 – Upload the required documents
• Step 6 – Upload Photographs & Signature.
• Step 7 – Make the payment Online for the Registration form.8
• Step 8 – Take the print out of the confirmation page for further use.

JAC Board 2018 Class 8th Online Exam Form Filling

After the Online registration for class 8th Board students has to fill the Online Exam Form for class 8th Board. JAC board will update the official link on the website for Online Exam Form filling in the month of January 2018. Online Exam form filling will be done by the students for subjects in which they are appearing. All the details regarding the class 8th board exam will be asked.

Class 8th Board Exam Pattern

JAC board will conduct the class 8th Board exam for 6 subjects. Each subject will have 80 marks of theory and 20 marks for practical. Practical (Internal Exam) will be taken by the concerned school. There will 6 subjects in the class 8th board i.e., Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Science & Social Science. Theory paper will be of 2 hours.

• No of Subjects – 6 subjects
• Subjects Name – Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Science, Mathematics & Social Science.
• Theory Paper Marks – 80 Marks
• Practical Exam Marks – 20 Marks
• Exam Time – 2 Hours

Class 8th Board Exam will have 50% questions objective & 50% questions subjective.

JAC 8th Board Exam 2018 Schedule

Jharkhand Academic Council will conduct the JAC 8th Board examination 2018 from February 20, 2018. The examination will be conducted at the district level. JAC will provide the question paper to all districts of Jharkhand for conducting the Board exam 2018.
