OFSS Inter Admission 3rd Merit List 2021 : The Bihar School Examination Board OFSS officials has uploaded the Intermediate admission 3rd merit list online on the official website www.ofssbihar.in on 27th September 2021. OFSS Inter Admission 3rd Merit List 2021 [Released]

Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) Bihar Board OFSS administration has declared the Intermediate session 2021-23 admission in stream Arts / Science / Commerce / Agriculture in the +2 / High Schools 3rd merit list on 27th September 2021. The qualified students can check and download their 3rd merit list / selection letter on the official website of the OFSS.

The 3rd merit list for Intermediate admission released on 27th September 2021 and on the basis of 3rd merit list selected students will tale admission in the allotted college till 1st October 2021.

Those students who have slide up the OFSS Common Application Form (CAF) for 3rd merit list will also get their name in the 3rd merit list.

Students have to take admission in the allotted college otherwise they will not get admission in the allotted college within the schedule date.

Bihar Board 11th Admission 3rd Merit List Download 2021

Students seeking admission in the +2 / High Schools class 11th session 2021-23 have applied online in the month of June-July-August 2021 on the official website of OFSS – www.ofssbihar.in.

Board has published the online Intermediate admission merit list on the marks basis.

Intermediate session 2021-23 admission selection Letter / Intimation Letter will be published on 27th September after 11:00 AM on the official website of OFSS Bihar. The selected candidates will take admission in the allotted college till 1st October 2021.

Students those who have Slide-Up the application form after 2nd merit list will also get their name in the 3rd merit list.

How to download BSEB OFSS Intimation Letter of 3rd Merit List 2021 Online?

Follow the below steps to download the Bihar Board Intermediate Admission 3rd Merit List 2021 :

• Visit the official website of OFSS web Portal – www.ofssbihar.in.
• On the Homepage of the website click on the link “Download Intermediate Admission Intimation Letter“.
• A page of Download Intimation Letter will open.
• Students have to enter their Application Reference No. / Barcode No. & Mobile Number.
• Students also have to enter the CAPTCH displayed on the screen to get the Intimation Letter.
• Students will get their Name, Allotted College, Stream & Subject.
• After that click on the Button “Download Intimation Letter” to download and take a printout of the page.

Students not selected in 3rd Merit List 2021

Some of the students are not selected for the 3rd merit list declared by the Bihar School Examination Board OFSS web portal on 27th September 2021. This is due to the option of colleges filled is having higher cut-off than the students marks.

Students can check the Third cut off list for admission on the OFSS Portal so that they can be assured that their marks is not up to the cut-off marks.

Those students are requested to wait till the admission on the basis of 3rd merit list completed. After that board will issue the notice for Spot Admission schedule on the website.

In the first week of October 2021, BSEB administration will publish the notification for OFSS Spot Admission 2021 on the official website for Intermediate (Arts / Science / Commerce / Agriculture) in session 2021-23.

General Instructions for students selected in Higher Preference Institute

• प्रथम नामांकन के पश्चात् कुछ विद्यार्थी को तृतीय चयन सूचि में बेहतर विकल्प प्राप्त हुआ है , जहाँ उन्हें पुनः नामांकन कराना होगा।
• OFSS के अंतर्गत किसी भी विद्यार्थी का प्रथम बार नामांकन के समय संस्थान द्वारा निर्धारित शुल्क लिया जाये।
• तत्पश्चात यदि किसी विद्यार्थी का प्रथम चयन सूचि, द्वितीय चयन सूचि अथवा तृतीय सूचि के आधार पर बेहतर विकल्प (Higher Preference) के संसथान में चयन होता है तो, ऐसे संस्थानों में विद्यार्थी द्वारा पुनः नामांकन कराने के समय संस्थान द्वारा ऐसे विद्यार्थियों से कोई भी नामांकन शुल्क नहीं लिया जाये।
• पूरी चयन प्रक्रिया की समाप्ति के पश्चायत जो विद्यार्थी अंतिम रूप से यहाँ नामांकित रहेंगे, उस संस्थान के प्रधान द्वारा नामांकन से संबंधित शुल्क की राशि की निन्नरूपेण समीक्षा की जाएगी :-
  • अगर नामांकन प्रथम नामांकन है , संसथान द्वारा नियमानुसार पूरी नामांकन राशि प्राप्त कर ली गयी है।
  • अगर यह नामांकन द्वितीय अथवा तृतीय है तो यह देखा जाना होगा कि विद्यार्थी द्वारा पूर्व के संसथान में नामांकन के समय कितनी राशि जमा की गयी है। अगर यहाँ राशि अंतिम रूप से नामांकित संस्थान के नामांकन शुल्क से ज्यादा है, तो अतिरिक्त राशि विद्यार्थी को पूर्व के नामांकित संस्थान द्वारा एक माह के अंदर वापस लौटा दी जाये और अगर पूर्व के संस्थान द्वारा लिया गया नामांकन शुल्क अंतिम रूप से नामांकित संसथान के नामांकन शुल्क से काम है तो उतनी अतिरिक्त राशि विद्यार्थी से अंतिम नामांकित संस्थान द्वारा प्राप्त कर लिया जाये। साथ ही विद्यार्थी के पूर्व नामांकित संस्थान द्वारा एक माह के अंदर उस विद्यार्थी से प्राप्त किये गए नामांकन शुल्क को उस विद्यार्थी के अंतिम नामांकित संसथान को वापस कर दी जाये।
